I've been in education for twelve years as a high school business teacher and just ended my sixth year at Highland High School in Illinois. I currently teach web design, web graphics, and desktop publishing.  I'm excited to say that we just upgraded our web software to Adobe Web Premium CS3!  More work in learning, but also more fun!

I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a BS in Business where I originally started out in accounting and then switched to business education.

From there, I landed my first job in Litchfield as a keyboarding and web design teacher. At the time, I had no experience in web design. From that point on, everything web related has been self-taught. And, I'll admit that it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to keep up.

My family and I live in Breese, Illinois, a small community about 40 minutes east of St. Louis. It's a great community for children. I'm happily married to a die-hard Cub fan that has brain washed our 6 year old daughter to also be a Cub follower.

I enjoy watching our daughter grow and experience life, shopping, and the taste of chocolate.
