Currently I am a Social Studies teacher at Normal Community West High School, in Normal, IL.  Courses that I teach include U.S. History and Regional World Studies.  Prior to this school year, I spent 5 years teaching at Heyworth Jr/Sr High School.  Courses that I taught at Heyworth included Western Civ, Sociology, Psychology and AP U.S. History.

My husband, Sean,  is also in education.  He is a High School Principal.  We spend most of our free time renovating our 100+ year home, playing with our two dogs Joey and Teddy, and getting ready for our newest addition to the family.  If not at home you can usually find me on the volleyball court which is my true passion.
