MCB 253: Experimental Techniques in Cellular Biology by Elizabeth Blinstrup Good

Before each lab exercise, I will post important information that you will need to know before conducting the lab exercise.  These postings may include changes in protocols, location of lab equipment, and safe handling instructions for lab materials.  Please check this blog before coming to class!

Your feedback about this portfolio is important to me!  Please take the time to fill out this MCB 253 Portfolio Feedback Survey.  Your comments and suggestions will help me make improvments to both this portfolio and the MCB 253 course.  Please be honest!

Introduction

The purpose of this portfolio is to provide both MCB undergraduates and teaching assistants with a resource that contains information about the MCB 253 laboratory exercises. Students should use this resource to prepare themselves for each lab exercise and to explore additional resources about each lab topic in order to deepen their understanding of cell biology.
